2. Mint Leaves:

Menthol is a very effective product for headache. Extract juice from mint leaves and add some Coriander juice then apply this mixture on your forehead and leave it for one hour and wash with warm water this will show instant effect on headache and give you relief from it.

3. Basil Leaves:

Basil has a muscle relaxant properties and it can help us treat mild headache caused by tired muscles. Don’t forget to mix four or five fresh basil leaves in your tea while boiling it and add some honey. You can even chew some fresh basil leaves or rub it on your forehead for relief.

4. Apples:

Apple or apple cider vinegar both have properties that can balance the alkaline and acid levels in the body which offer relief from mild headache.

5. Ginger:

Ginger will reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in your head and provides relief from headache. Mix ginger and lemon juice and have some once or twice in a day. Another way to use ginger is smash dry ginger into powder and take one spoon of powder and two tablespoons of water mix it and make paste of it and now apply it on the forehead for a few minutes. Even you can use ginger as inhale vapor to get relief from headache. Just boil ginger powder and raw ginger and inhale the vapor.
